General Information
The Landing At Newport is a AAA, three diamond rated resort style condominium hotel which consists of 1 three bedroom, 15 two bedroom, 39 one
bedroom, and 3 studio condominiums, this includes 2 one bedroom ADA condominiums. All
1 and 2 bedroom condominiums have 1.5 bath.
There are two buildings each with three levels housing the 57 condominiums. East
building has 30
condominiums plus the Club House. West building has 27 condominiums. The
Club House features: reservations, the fitness facility, business center, and
conference area.
All condominiums can be accessed via the elevator and/or stairs. Covered parking
is available.
Association Fees
The Association Fees are $220 per month for a studio, $305 per month for a one bedroom and $
345 per month
for a two bedroom. This will pay for sewer, water, gas, garbage, insurance, TV cable, basic phone, common area maintenance, insurance and replacement reserve.
These are sold as fee simple condominiums. There will not be any leased land fees.
